Chinese PV inverter manufacturer Sungrow shipped 230 MW to international markets in Q1, 2015

Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. (Hefei, China), one of the world's largest manufacturers of solar photovoltaic (PV) inverters, on May 15th, 2015 announced sales figures for the first quarter of 2015.

The figures show continued improvement in sales outside of the domestic Chinese PV market into international markets such as Australia, Germany, The United States and The United Kingdom, the company emphasizes.

In the first quarter of 2015, Sungrow exported 230 MW of equipment into overseas markets, compared to a total of international sales of 293 MW in 2013 and 430 MW in 2014.

“These sales figures and our continued growth over the last few years, show that we have been able to meet our aim of providing high quality products, with excellent efficiency and reliability,” comments Cao Renxian, founder and CEO of Sungrow.

“We believe our technology will help us to sustain our position and look forward to continuing this in the years to come.”
