LDK Solar CO., Ltd. (Xinyi City, China) “LDK Solar” on May 5th, 2015 announced that the company’s offshore financial restructuring was awarded “Cross Border Deal of the Year – U.S.-Asia Region” at the 7th Annual International M&A Awards by The M&A Advisor (New York, NY).
